Have you ever looked for instant work online and found nothing but scam after scam? I'm sure you have if you're here you are probably working online or have looked into working online or been trying to work online. For some reason there is very little legitimate information on that subject, but boy you can find all kinds of crap in cyber space on how to get rich quick. How in the heck are people going to support their family's and pay their bills with all these stupid push button get rich quick scams on the market today!

I have several websites and have tried some of those products only to find the only one's getting rich are the so called guru's selling the crap and they are just stealing people's money by the thousands. My question is why aren't these people in jail because they are conning people and feeding on what people are wanting, to make some money online and most people are needing specially in these tough economic time we are in today. They are making money on their next big product launch and spamming their email list to by that product and what's worst is the the list you signed for because the gave you some good information and then they start spamming you with that crap because they found they could make a lot of money by being an affiliate to those product launches.

I know, I'm going on and on about this but it really ticks me off!! I have unsubscribe from a lot of email list that just spam me the next big thing and I would suggest you do the same, because if they are not giving you the value you signed up for any more they are just wasting your time. You must be seeking an opportunity in Vemma to have found this Vemma review. Researching a business takes many resources with some time and a lot of effort to investigate all aspects of any business to know if you can make that company work for you or if it even makes sense to you.

The #1 thing you need to know when looking into Vemma who created the company and Vemma's company history. Vemma was founded by a entrepreneur by the name of BK Boreyko and family. BK Boreyko has successfully operated and is the owner of New Vision, Mr. Boreyko has done so for over 15 years all around the world. The liquid nutritionals industry has a combined total of over one billion dollars in sales and New Vision is one of the companies that helped pioneer that over a decade ago.

This is important to consider because lots of companies go out business as fast as they come in to the market. Just because a business leader has a successful background in business and then starts up an MLM company doesn't mean they will have success because companies like Vemma operate differently than corporate America. Vemma has strong Corporate leadership and is a network marketing company with experience in creating success.

The #2 thing is Vemma's Compensation Plan, which is a ‘Binary’ compensation plan. This means that there are two sales organizations that are built by every distributor in the company, and if you enroll more than two people, you have to place your additional enrollments underneath people that you previously enrolled.

Binary commission plans as history shows have been working very well over the last 11 years in the MLM industry. This compensation plan is not what I look for in an MLM company but there are many company leaders as well as leaders in Vemma who make substantial monthly incomes from Binary Plans.

The advantage to Binary Commission Plans is, when you place distributors underneath each other, people tend to get excited. There is a disadvantage of a Binary Commission plan, it can create a false sense of security. Some people can become lazy, wanting get rich off of only sponsoring two people.

When it is repeatedly demonstrated that even in a Binary plan, the top income earners are those who have sponsored 100s of distributors. Sounds like a disadvantage? It's Not. You just need to understand that if you do join Vemma, you will still to have to work hard, sponsor a lot and learn to produce results yourself.

Of the exclusive Vemma's products the most known is a product called (Verve.) Verve is a supplement liquid for healthy energy that can only be bought through a distributor of Vemma. Is Verve all it's made out to be? It's up to you to determine the answer to that question. I've seen many MLM companies build a lot of hype around their products, Vemma seems to stay as accurate as possible with their products

One of the things that I have found most interesting is the fact that Vemma has several different nutritional products, their (next) brand products for adults and children. When I saw that there was a different product for children it was something I had not seen in most MLM companies.

The nutritional needs of children are much different than adults. Products are very important to the business and you should try out the products you're interested in to make a determination as to weather or not you find them to be satisfactory to promote and if Vemma is the right business for you.

How doe's Vemma train leads for their MLM? Almost all distributors build up their business the old way. Try to understand that the old way of training works for some but, only those who have contacts and influence from many years of building their down line from home meetings and other old school methods. Younger people just don't have those years under their belt to work with, which can make building their MLM business almost impossible thus giving up.

I believe that the first of the five essentials is to learn attraction marketing. If you know anything about sales or marketing, then you know that nobody likes it when a person tries to get them to buy a great product. It doesn't matter what the product is or how much it may help them if they know that person is just trying to make a sale. That's just human nature and everybody knows that but, when you get excited about something new that you think anyone can use it doesn't stop you from pushing it in everyone's face.

 

The second of the five essentials is to brand yourself. If you can help a person find a solution to a problem that they are having in whatever niche you're in and help them solve it you will go far in any business.  When you're starting a network marketing business from the ground up prospects are few and far between (family and friends) and so is the cash.(It just takes time to build a down line) There is a major difference between moving an already built down line to a new company and turning some major cash while doing so. It's tough to find anyone to give you clear steps on how to get leads everyday or the steps are incomplete.

I have never understood why there are people out there selling courses claiming to show you how to make some quick big cash today. The idea when we get into network marketing is for the residual income and to build a team of producers so we all make money. Seams to me that only hurts their reputation and doesn't really build their business. Guess that's why you don't hear much from those guys after awhile.

 Attraction marketing is the answer if you want to draw people to you like a magnet. This is not hype to get you interested in some big thing. I'm talking about people that are experiencing the same kind of problems with their business that you have had and helping them over come that specific problem, this is the key to any online business. You don't want to start selling until they sign up for your offer so you can help them and you establish a relationship with them.

 Now here is the biggest problem that all new online business owners have. New online business owners seam to think if they just say the right words in the right way people will be swarming all over their products, service or business. This is just not true because people don't care what you're selling unless you're a friend who has helped them and they know and trust you.

 You don't have to spend thousands or even hundreds of dollars to setup a website. If you can't see spending at least a little money in to set up your own website and don't make the time to market your business with free traffic there is just no way to succeed.

 Traffic and the problem with traffic is most people are not running their new business like it's their business. You can't just post a couple of articles out there and expect the people to come. There are simple techniques to generating leads or traffic but they take some commitment and work to have any success. If your going to write articles for free traffic then you must submit them in a massive way not just to 5 or 10 directories submit them to 100's of directories.

Paid leads? You’re leaving money on the table-Generate your own Leads-Your quick step to success

You want paid leads to build your business? How's that working for you? Most companies are still trying to get us to recruit family and friends to sign up to our business and when that doesn't work you turn to paid leads. Right? The problem is that doesn't work either, so what do you do? Start generating leads, your own leads of people that are interested in you and what you have to offer and that is not your company. It's YOU Brand Yourself!

Here is a quick process in generating those leads. Now that I have your attention lets get goin… I think we have all heard of a lead capture page, lots marketers say that a generic one works great or you need to have a video in it and some are better than others. So how do you know which one to use or set up or even how to set it up? If you don't know what a lead capture page is, it is a short advertisement that is targeted to information that someone is looking for, help to solve their problem. Here they can enter their name and email to get the information you're offering them which should be the exact information you had them sign up for. This is not about your business it's about you helping them solve their problem. When you start researching to find what people are needing help with and find a way to help them without throwing your business in their face. That is attraction marketing!

Okay, this is what you do to get people interested in you… Here are some quick steps for you to get things rollin.

Step 1) Start with research: Use google adwords tool to find a keyword for your blog's name/url plus your name to brand you. This is a common problem that you and other people are having with their business. Then do a google search to research it further. If the problem is lead generation look to find micro niche keyword phrase. like: (solve lead problems) and you will be the person to help them.(brand yourself as a leader)

Step 2) Set up a free wordpress blog: Now you're going to need a domain name and GoDaddy.com , cost is about $10 (one time payment) and you're going to need web hosting and HostGator.com is about $10 (per month).

Step 3) Get an auto responder: Aweber's auto responder cost about $20 to start and has a easy to use back office, now set up a list and your first email to go out with the information people will sign up for on your lead capture page. Then set up a lead capture box (web form) on your blog. With an advertisement like: (Generate leads don't buy them get this report now). And write a report on why not to buy leads and how to generate your own leads and send it with your first email. You can do a daily, weekly or monthly report to provide your list with value and present different offers in between them.

Step 4) Generate Traffic for free to your blog: Now that you're all set up, with out traffic it's useless. You can write articles and submit to article directories like Ezine Articles but don't stop there submit to hundreds of  directories and or make videos and submit to video directories like YouTube to get traffic to your blog and you will generate leads. There are many other ways to generate traffic, these are just a couple that people are familiar with. These are not detailed instructions, but do one of these steps each day and by the end of the month you will be driving traffic to your website and generating leads. Now keep up the articles and or videos, one a day or at least one every two days.

This is not the quickest way to start generating your own leads but it's the best way to get a large percentage of googles unstoppable free traffic. You can produce sales even if they don't join your primary business. When you call the leads you have paid for and they aren’t interested in your business. You have just lost them, but if they sign up to your list you can stay in contact with them by emailing valuable content and they will be chasing you to find out more on how you can help them with their business.
